Aston Villa’s interest in AS Roma star Tammy Abraham is again being commented on in the Italian media today.
This time it’s Radio Radio who bring some ‘exclusive’ claims on their website about the 25-year-old.
Their article is a mix of quotes said by their pundits today, starting with Enrico Camelio claiming “let’s just say he’s not happy” at Roma.
With it stated Abraham doesn’t want to stay and work with José Mourinho, the Giallorossi now feel pressured to sell him. But Alessandro Vocalelli comes up with a minimum price for the Serie A side to let him go.
“Abraham leaves if Roma sell him. Last year they paid €45m, it’s right that they expect. If they bring €50m, Roma will sell him. Why do Roma have to give him away?”
With Chelsea selling him to Roma last year, the Blues have the right to buy him back for €80m. There’s actually another Premier League side who are said to be interested, and that’s Aston Villa.
Radio Radio mentions Unai Emery’s side, claiming Abraham’s future ‘could in the Premier League again’, even though the club would also need to convince Abraham of making that move.
Last week, the Italian media had already claimed that Aston Villa are ‘concrete‘ about signing the striker, who has two goals and two assists for Roma this season.
