Inter Milan midfielder Radja Nainggolan has been asked by the Italian media about the possibility of Tottenham Hotspur star Mousa Dembele joining him at the San Siro.
Today the Belgian has held a press conference after joining Inter Milan from AS Roma.
TMW have reported on comments made by Nainggolan when quizzed about Demeble joining him at Inter Milan: “Let him play in the World Cup, I’ll not stress. He is a friend, a great player and I’ll not pull him to Inter.”
Dembele has been linked with a move away from Tottenham Hotspur this summer and a move to Serie A is reportedly an option for the Belgian international.
In recent weeks Inter Milan, along with Juventus and Napoli, are said to have been showing an interest in the Tottenham player, but a move to China is also reported to be an option.
With just 12 months left on his contract with the Premier League club, Tottenham could be pressured into selling Dembele in this transfer window in order to get a decent transfer fee.
