The 40-year-old actor, known for his appearances in The Martian, Ant-Man or alongside Jake Gyllenhaal in End of Watch, gave an interview to GQ France ahead of his new film Collateral Beauty, and football was part of the conversation.
Asked if he followed the sport, Peña said: “My dad was a semi-professional footballer in Mexico. I follow the European leagues: I love Messi and Barcelona, but also Leicester, the team who won the English league this year… Because they’re the perfect outsiders”.
