Manchester United are still looking to make more signings this summer after the additions of Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yoro.

All of that depends on outgoings and there is a significant update when it comes to one potential exit from Old Trafford.

Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg has reported that Aaron Wan-Bissaka is ‘set’ to leave United, as talks with West Ham are now at an advanced stage. There is already a verbal agreement between the Hammers and the defender, who is set to sign a contract that will last until 2030.

Manchester United want to sell Wan-Bissaka by the end of Saturday and the right-back’s medical is to take place in the next three days. The exit will also impact Bayern Munich and the Red Devils’ chase of Noussair Mazraoui.

The Moroccan, it seems, is ‘set to replace’ Wan-Bissaka in Erik ten Hag’s squad and the exit of the ex-Crystal Palace man will bring Mazraoui’s move to Old Trafford closer. All things point towards the fact that Manchester United want to close both deals as quickly as they can.

Let’s see if Florian’s timing is right.
