Should Juventus be faced with a ‘decidedly significant’ offer for the Brazilian, at a time when they need to ‘consolidate their accounts’, then everything could change.
In short, Manchester United need to put a hefty sum of money in front of the Italian directors to get their way, which has never been a problem in the past for the Premier League side when they have concretely targeted a player.
Add to that INEOS’ desire to quickly impress following their minority stake purchase, and we could see some early movement for a few players
