With no big updates on the Edinson Cavani saga this week, part of the Argentine media keeps fighting to keep the story of a potential Boca Juniors move alive.

Newspaper Olé features a piece today where they highlight the Manchester United’s star activity on Instagram.

Cavani liked two posts made by Marcos Rojo, who, following a move from Old Trafford back in January, finally made his debut in a Buenos Aires derby against River Plate on Sunday.

That’s enough for Olé to wonder if that’s a ‘wink’ from the Uruguayan star towards the La Bombonera side. They even checked which Boca players he follows on the social media, although it’s just two of them: Rojo and Nahitan Nandez.

Olé then recalls all the updates on the rumour from the past week, pointing out that Cavani’s father said there was a 60% chance for a move to Boca Juniors.

The newspaper then asks if the striker was ‘bitten by a bug’ after watching the Argentine Superclasico at the weekend.

After the match, Marcos Rojo was asked about his former Manchester United teammate, where he confirmed they’ve been chatting lately.
