Journalist Javier Rodríguez Pascual claims Manchester United have made an approach to sign the 22-year-old.
He took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to claim the Red Devils and Bologna are the latest clubs to have asked about the defender, without making it clear if they made contact with Girona or the player’s camp.
The journalist adds Carlo Ancelotti’s side haven’t made a final decision so far. Therefore, Manchester United Bologna will have to wait for Real Madrid before considering making an approach this summer.
Erik ten Hag wasn’t able to rely upon Luke Shaw regularly last season, while Tyrell Malacia was on the sidelines for the entire season. It wouldn’t be surprising if Manchester United look for a new left-back for next season.
