Calcio Mercato have an article this evening with claims about Manchester United’s chase for Real Madrid midfielder Isco.
They say José Mourinho could make an offer in January, and Italian sides Juventus and Inter Milan would also be interested in the signing.
Then the website claims that according to AS, Zinedine Zidane would still count on the player in the squad. Despite the lack of game time Isco has been having, the manager would like to keep him, even if only because of the FIFA ban which will prevent Real Madrid from registering players at some point in the not so distant future.
The problem is that we’ve taken a look at AS, both the printed paper and the website, and we couldn’t find these claims. The Spanish outlet only has an article today about Isco’s lack of games under Zidane, as the player had only 174 minutes this season.
It’s not new that Calcio Mercato have random stories about Isco. This week, they’ve already said the signing would be easier for Manchester United as AC Milan’s owners believe he’s not good enough for the Italian side.
