Manchester City signed the right-back from Brazilian side Coritiba in 2020 and he’s been out on loan since then. Last summer, the 21-year-old returned to Girona, and he’s excelled for them this season.
Operating as a right wing-back and on the right side of the defence, he’s managed two goals and seven assists from 27 games this season.
Saturday’s Marca claims the Brazilian’s fine displays for Girona have caught Los Blancos’ attention. Their aim is for him to provide cover and competition for 32-year-old Daniel Carvajal.
