As São Paulo try to extend the loan spell of Nahuel Ferraresi from Manchester City, they now need the player’s help to get that deal done.
The situation is today reported by Goal Brasil, who explains the scenario for that renewal.
Ferraresi is loaned by Manchester City to São Paulo until June, and despite his recent knee surgery, the Brazilian club would like to extend that loan.
According to Goal, the Premier League side responded they weren’t wanting for that to happen, meaning the player now has to take matter into his own hands.
It would actually not be surprising to see Nahuel Ferraresi doing that. The player has been making it clear he feels great at São Paulo, and recently even said he’d take his clothes off in case the club win the State Championship next month.
The defender doesn’t have many reasons to wish for a Manchester City return either.
That’s because he was signed by the club in 2017, and has been loaned six times since then.
Since there’s little hope from him about being used by Pep Guardiola, it sounds like a better idea to stay where he’s adapted and doing wwell.
