Robin Gosens has contributed 10 goals and eight assists in all competitions this season for Atalanta while operating as a left wing-back.

His fine displays have not gone unnoticed as clubs in Italy and across Europe have taken note of the 26-year-old’s performances.

Manchester City, Inter Milan, Juventus and Atlético Madrid are named as suitors for La Dea’s star.

That’s what FcInterNews are reporting as they explain the Nerazzurri ‘really like’ the Germany international, while the likes of the Citizens, Juve and Diego Simeone’s side are also ‘following’ him.

The report mainly focuses on Inter’s interest and explains he’s Antonio Conte’s ‘favourite’ left-back target in the next market. The player has parted ways with his agent and his father is now taking care of his son’s interests.

Inter, who are keeping a close eye on Gosens’ situation, have carried out polls with his new representative (his father) and are hoping to make a concrete move in the coming weeks.

It’s claimed Atalanta have set a €40m asking price for any potential transfer to take shape. Inter will try to lower the asking price by trying to include Sebastiano Esposito and Lorenzo Pirola as part of the deal.

Whether that will be sufficient or other interested parties like Manchester City could overtake Inter in the race to sign Gosens remains to be seen.
