After Belgium’s 3-0 win over Scotland on Tuesday, Romelu Lukaku made it clear he wants a move away from Manchester United in the summer transfer window.

Over the past few weeks, there’s been several reports linking the 26-year-old with a move to Inter Milan, and the striker heaped praise on Antonio Conte, who was recently appointed as manager at the San Siro.

FcInterNews now claims Conte wants the striker and has been talking to his club CEO Giuseppe Marotta about the player for several weeks. Inter view him as an ideal option for the next season.

It’s claimed the Manchester united player’s agent Federico Pastorello has been working since March to take his client to Italy in the summer transfer window.

In addition to this, there is ‘full satisfaction’ from Lukaku to play in the same league where his brother Jordan and friend Samuel Armenteros play for Lazio and Benevento respectively.

The report states Inter’s efforts to sign the attacker are gaining more and more consistency, despite United’s decision to not give any discounts.Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side value Lukaku around €70m and have already turned down the offer of €30m plus Ivan Perisic for him.

FcInterNews states the Belgian’s arrival at Inter depends on Mauro Icardi’s future as his exit would help the club to raise funds, free space and also vacate the No. 9 shirt.

However, only Juventus are interested in the Argentine and are only willing to do a deal if his compatriot Paulo Dybala is included as a part of the deal.
