When speaking to the Brazilian media following the elimination to AC Milan in the Champions League, Richarlison made it very clear he’s not happy with his first season at Tottenham Hotspur.
The player may not have said he’d like to leave the club or anything like that, but showed that his relationship with manager Antonio Conte isn’t great.
Now according to the Spanish media, Real Madrid are still interested in signing Richarlison, this time from Tottenham, thanks to an ex-manager of his.
Fichajes writes that as manager Carlo Ancelotti thinks of attacking options for the team next season, he’s thought of the Brazilian, as he’s ‘prepared to make an important leap in quality’ at the Santiago Bernabéu.
The outlet mentions Richarlison’s quotes following Tottenham’s defeats on Wednesday, and claims that with the ‘situation of disagreement’ provoked by his speech, that could lead the player to change clubs in the summer window.
Ancelotti’s interest in the 24-year-old isn’t something new, as the player already claimed that the former Everton boss tried to take him to Real Madrid in the past.
And with the Brazilian showing he’s unhappy at Tottenham, he seems to be becoming a target once again.
