Building a title winning team at Chelsea, Antonio Conte appears keen to reunite as many of his former disciples with him at Inter for next season.

Already bringing in Victor Moses for the right-hand side of his tactics, Calciomercato believe he also wants to bring Marcos Alonso back to Italy for the 2020/21 campaign.

Used to Italian football from his time at Fiorentina, the Spaniard would also have no problem adapting once again to playing in a three at the back formation.

However, there are some stumbling blocks Inter could face along the way, which is mainly the fact Chelsea would be reluctant to let him go.

It’s stated the ‘price would be high’ and ‘negotiating with Marina Granovskaia wouldn’t be simple’, as Alonso remains an important part of Frank Lampard’s squad, with Emerson Palmieri the more likely sacrifice if they were to get rid of someone from the left-hand side.

Since joining Chelsea in 2016, the 29-year-old has made 140 appearances in all competitions, scoring 22 goals and assisting another 17 along the way.
