Flamengo are now in ‘final stages to announce’ the permanent signing of Andreas Pereira from Manchester United, according to the latest reports from Brazil.
Globo Esporte claims the Rio de Janeiro side will be paying €10.5m for the move, and the Red Devils will have 25% of a future sale.
The agreement between Flamengo and Manchester United says the Brazilian club will pay in several instalments until 2024. Andreas is set to sign a contract which will run until December 2026.
Meanwhile, journalist Venê Casagrande comes up with similar information. He says the clubs have already exchanged documents for the transfer and that it should be announced ‘soon’. The figures reported by him are exactly the same as Globo Esporte’s.
He claims that Flamengo officials Marcos Braz and Bruno Spindel are now in Paris, as another sign that they’ve left England with the business done.
