Manchester City youngster Seko Fofana is expected to leave the club this summer, with just one year left on his contract.
The 21-year-old spent the last season on loan at Bastia, and it seems his impressive performances for the Ligue 1 club haven’t gone unnoticed.
A few days ago, it was reported Queens Park Rangers are very interested in signing Fofana, whilst Bordeaux and Torino have also made an enquiry for the player.
According to latest reports in French daily L’Equipe, Fofana is expected to sign for Udinese, after an agreement between all parties involved.
Fofana will sign a four-year deal with the Serie A club, and it seems to be a good move for the French midfielder.
The Manchester City youngster has been a key player for Bastia this season, making 32 league appearances.
Fofana is primarily a defensive midfielder, and has been likened to Patrick Vieira. He was born in Paris, and has represented France at U16, U17, U18 and U19 level.
