TyC Sports report Manchester City will make an ‘important offer in the next few days’. A deal will only be possible if they activate his clause and get Barco’s approval.
The 19-year-old wants to feature against Racing Club in the Copa Libertadores. The first leg will take place on August 23rd and the return leg is on August 30th.
It’s claimed his entourage will ‘ensure this condition is respected’ if there’s a negotiation with any of the clubs for his transfer.
For now, the Argentine club have rejected two offers [€8m and $9m] from Brighton. The report states Manchester City will make a offer higher than the one proposed by the Seagulls.
