Juventus star Leonardo Bonucci has been strongly linked to Manchester City in the last few days.

Reports suggest Manchester City have made an offer of €60m to Juventus for Bonucci, and even offered the player a five year contract worth €8m a year.

There doesn’t seem to be any further updates on this, but the Italian media are likely to cover all possible angles to this story over the next few days.

It has been reported Bonucci is tempted by the financial offer of Manchester City, and that Juventus could offer him a contract renewal to keep him in Turin.

On Monday, Gazzetta dello Sport almost repeat the same thing. Gazzetta say if Manchester United are determined to get Pogba, then Manchester City are equally determined to sign Bonucci.

The player is tempted by the offer, and the chance to play under Pep Guardiola. Juventus could make him the highest earner at the club to keep him in Turin.

His agent Alessandro Lucci has been to England to conduct talks with Manchester City.

In reality Gazzetta have nothing much to add, other than insisting that Manchester City really want Bonucci and Manchester United really want Pogba.
