Chelsea ‘love him’ – Blues have ‘already made an offer’ for signing, as they ‘aspire’ for everything

He ended up staying at the Andalusian club for this season and continues to get linked to the Premier League side.

It’s claimed Thomas Tuchel’s side ‘love him’ and after having ‘already made an offer’ for Koundé in 2021, the Blues ‘will do it again in a few months’. In other words, the Premier League side will make another proposal in the next window.
