Midfielder Borja Valero has hailed Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte, highlighting what makes the Italian so special.
Conte is currently working his magic at Tottenham after arriving in November to replace Nuno Espirito Santo.
The club’s hope is he can turn them into title contenders like he’s done with his jobs in the past, with the Italian boasting an impressive record of success so far.
His latest was with Inter Milan, whom he transformed into Serie A champions last season before leaving in the summer.
That followed spells with the likes of Juventus, Chelsea and even the Italian national side, all of whom he helped transform into serious contenders during his time in charge.
Valero is a man who has experienced that first hand, spending a year working under Conte at Inter Milan before his departure in 2020.
He made 25 appearances under the Italian that year, but it seems that was enough to convince the Spaniard on the Tottenham boss.
