According to a claim in the French media, Torino are looking to get a deal done for Luton Town defender Teden Mengi.
The 22-year-old has been linked with a move away from the Championship side this summer after reports of interest from Torino, along with French sides.
Footmercato have reported on the latest developments regarding the future of the Luton Town man, and they say Torino are concrete in the chase.
It’s claimed Mengi has agreed to sign for the Italian side and now they just need to get an agreement with Luton Town. Talks are expected to continue between the two clubs as they look reach common-ground on the transfer fee.
Lens and Nice have also been targeting the former Manchester United player in recent weeks as both Ligue 1 sides looked to bring him in as replacement for players being sold.
Mengi made 35 appearances for the Hatters last season, scoring one goal. He only joined the club from Manchester United last summer, on a long-term contract.
