Liverpool have reportedly hired one more official do to a scouting job in Spain.
According to outlet local AS on Tuesday, the Reds have now signed Sylvain N’Diaye to be part of their team in the country.
N’Diaye is actually French, but despite spending most of his career at Ligue 1 clubs like Lille and Olympique Marseille, he also featured in La Liga for Levante and Tenerife.
AS points out that the former midfielder had been working in a similar role at Paris Saint Germain for the past three years, and now accepted to join the Anfield Road side.
The Spanish newspaper reports that N’Diaye is joining Kiko Espinar as the responsible scout for Spain and Portugal. The club officials should be analysing both youth and professional teams.
It’s recalled that the last signing that Liverpool made from La Liga was Alberto Moreno. The left-back joined the Reds in 2014 on a €18m deal from Sevilla.
