Liverpool’s Luis Díaz is set to quickly complete a move to Bayern Munich this summer.
The Reds gave the Colombia international permission to travel to Munich after reaching an agreement with the Bundesliga winners.
Sky Deutschland journalist Florian Plettenberg took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to post a video of the forward arriving at Munich Airport.
He reports the 28-year-old’s medical with the Bavarian club is scheduled today and Díaz will then sign the contract with them.
Plettenberg’s colleague at Sky, Kerry Hau, also took to X, to share a video of Díaz arriving in Munich.
Liverpool are currently in Asia for the pre-season tour and the former FC Porto man was part of Arne Slot’s travelling squad. He was then allowed to leave the group, and Hau says the South American arrived in Munich after close to a 14-hour flight from Tokyo.
According to the journalist, Bayern Munich Team Manager Sonny Scherer will accompany the attacker on his visit to the German city.
Hau reports Díaz’s medical is scheduled and once he completes it, he will sign a contract until 2029 with Bayern Munich later today.
