French midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia is struggling to find regular playing time at Inter Milan, and that has obviously sparked rumours of him leaving the Serie A club in the near future.
A few days ago, Italian website Web Calcio reported Liverpool’s interest in the 23-year-old, and now others have also started to pick up the story. Going from Italy to England and back again, Sport Leggo have picked up claims from The Daily Star, and added their own thoughts.
According to Sport Leggo, Kondogbia is set to leave Inter in January, and Liverpool are ready to beat AC Milan to his signature.
Leggo say Jurgen Klopp is determined to sign Kondogbia and Liverpool are already working on the transfer. Liverpool reportedly have the money to sign Kondogbia, and Leggo quote Daily Star to suggest it could be as much as €30m.
That amount would allow Inter to recoup the money they paid AS Monaco for the player, and Leggo describe it as a potential ‘monster offer’, which shows how big they feel it is.
