Yacine Adli moved to Paris Saint-Germain’s academy from US Villejuif in 2013. Five years later, he made his first team debut when he came on as a substitute in the last league game of the 2017/18 season against Caen.

Former PSG manager Unai Emery handed him his first team debut at Parc des Princes, and the manager has now left the French club and taken charge at Arsenal.

France Football reports the Gunners want to sign the 17-year-old this summer and Adli is close to joining Arsenal.

Adli is a target for the north London club, while Champions League winners Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are also believed to be interested in the teenager.

France Football say the Ligue 1 winners offered Adli a ‘substantial financial offer’ so that he’ll commit his future. However, the Premier League outfit have convinced PSG youngster by offering him a better sporting project and provided ‘several guarantees’, which includes playing time.

L’Equipe back all of this up, explaining Adli ‘should’ now join Arsenal.

The French newspaper also talk about the better sport project offer and some sort of guarantee on playing time, suggesting this rumour looks like one well primed to turn into truth.
