Leicester City were one of the first clubs to be named as a suitor for Club Brugge star Charles De Ketelaere.
The forward enjoyed an impressive season, in which he managed 18 goals and 10 assists in all competitions, and won the title with Club Brugge last term.
Back in May, Het Laatste Nieuws reported Leicester were told they must make a big offer to sign the 21-year-old.
Reports in Italy have now stated AC Milan have made a €20m [plus bonuses] proposal for the Belgium international.
According to RTL Sport journalist Alexandre Braeckman, Club Brugge are hoping to collect €40m for the player. He further discussed the Foxes’ stance on De Ketelaere.
Pour ceux qui me demandent: non, Leicester n'a encore rien envoyé. Ils sont très prudents et très discrets sur ce transfert. #mercato #DeKetelaere

As it stands, Brendan Rodgers’ side have ‘not sent anything’ to Club Brugge to sign the versatile attacker. Braeckman claims Leicester are ‘very careful and very discreet about this transfer’.
Le passage à l'action de Milan est une mauvaise nouvelle pour #Leeds et #Leicester, qui ont une "marge" de retard dans la tête du joueur. Attention, c'est un step majeur ! #mercato

Despite the Premier League side being ‘very discreet’, the Italian champions are making movements for De Ketelaere. This, as per the journalist, is ‘bad news’ for Leicester.
