Leicester City midfielder Boubakary Soumaré is interested in a move out of the club.
According to journalist Nabil Djellit, the 23-year-old has ‘visited’ the facilities of AS Monaco ahead of a summer move.
The report claims Soumaré is ‘the priority’ of the Ligue 1 side, and the interest ‘is mutual’.
However, despite the visit to Monaco’s headquarters sounding like the transfer is nearly done, Djellit claims the French side are still ‘negotiating’ with Leicester City for the move.

The interest from AS Monaco in Soumaré had already been reported on a few days ago, but the price for this transfer hadn’t been reported back then, and continues to be a mystery now.
Soumaré joined Leicester City on a €20m deal from Lille last summer.
In his year with the Foxes, he made 30 appearances, and was barely used by Brendan Rodgers in the second half of the season.
According to Transfermarkt, he currently has a value of €25m, so the Foxes may recover at least a big part of the investment they made to sign him.
