Leicester City ‘have agreed’ a deal for Copenhagen full back Victor Kristiansen, who looks set to join this month as a result.

That’s according to BT in Denmark, relayed by Bold, who say Leicester are willing to pay a €20m fee for Kristiansen, a deal that would make him the ‘most expensive sale in history’ for the Danish club.

Recent reports have linked Kristiansen with a move to the Foxes, who are keen to strengthen in this window after a disappointing start to the season.

BT now report that it seems ‘there is progress’ in negotiations between the clubs, with Copenhagen now ‘close to selling’ the defender in a record deal.

According to their information Leicester have agreed to pay a fee which could go as high as 150m kroner. In terms of Euros, they ‘have agreed’ on a price of €20m with bonuses included.

If that deal goes through it would make the left Copenhagen’s most expensive sale ever and see them record a huge profit for a player who is a product of their own youth set up.

The move, should it go through, would see Kristiansen link up with compatriots Daniel Iversen and Jannik Vestergaard at the King Power Stadium.
