Leeds United defender Laurens de Bock will today arrive in Greece at around 10.15am local time, according to Greek website Sdna.Gr.
Earlier in this transfer window we covered reports from Greece that Aris are looking to seal a loan deal for the 26 year old and Sdna now claim the player will soon join the club.
According to their information, De Bock will sign for the Greek side on a season-long loan deal but Aris will have the option to make the transfer permanent for €500K. If Aris use this option, then the Belgian will join the club on a two-year contract at the end of his loan spell.
Another Greek website, Gazzetta.Gr, have also reported a deal is close and they claim the Leeds United player will join up with his new teammates after Aris’ game against Molde in the Europa League on Thursday.
The former Club Brugge player cost Leeds United €1.7m when he signed in 2018, but made just 7 appearances for the Championship club. De Bock, who spent last season on loan at KW Oostende, is under contract at Elland Road until June 2022.
