According to a claim in the Belgian media, Leeds United will today hold further talks to sign Club Brugge defender Laurens de Bock.
The 25 year old has been linked with a move to Elland Road in recent days, with the player looking surplus to requirements with the Belgian club.
Voetbal Nieuws have reported this morning Leeds United will continue to negotiate over the signing of De Bock after the left back and his agent travelled to England yesterday.
Yesterday we covered reports from the Belgian press that De Bock had left Brugge’s winter training camp in Spain, and was heading to Leeds to discuss a move to the Championship side, with a view to a medical.
The former Belgian U21 international doesn’t look to be in the plans of Brugge coach Ivan Leko, after starting just two Jupiler League games this season.
It’s also been reported Leeds United are set to offer De Bock a four and half year deal, and now they just need a final agreement with his club.
