There’s a claim in the Turkish media that Eyüpspor have joined the race to sign Fenerbahce winger Ryan Kent.
The former Rangers man has been linked with a move to Leeds United in the past week, and has previously been said to be of interest to the Whites in multiple windows.
Gunboyu Gazetesi report Eyüpspor are showing concrete interest in Kent as they look to add to their squad this summer. The Turkish side were promoted to the Super Lig last season, and their manager Arda Turan is keen to bring in the Fenerbahce player.
The Turkish media outlet reiterate Leeds United are also looking to sign the 27-year-old this summer as the attacker eyes a return to the UK.
A few days ago, we covered reports from Turkey that Leeds United have tabled an offer worth £2.5m for Kent and are in talks to sigh him. The left winger doesn’t look to be in Jose Mourinho’s plans for next season and will be allowed to leave in this window.
Kent made just 18 appearances for Fener last season, scoring one goal. He’s contracted to the Super Lig side until June 2028.
