Despite claims that Brentford were interested in signing Leeds United forward Luis Sinisterra, the latest claim from Colombia is very different.
It comes from journalist Pipe Sierra, who took to Twitter to reveal his information, making it clear that the Bees’ interest in the Whites star is ‘not true’.
The forward, who wants to leave the club and avoid playing in the Championship, was pushed to one side by Daniel Farke, and could exit Leeds before the end of the transfer window.
However, the Elland Road club would rather see him sold rather than loaned, and that’s why they are working on various avenues.
Brentford are not one of them, but there are ‘three possibilities’ that are being worked on for the Leeds winger, whose desire is to get minutes to be able to be selected and then represent his country.
In fact, Sierra hints ‘there could be news this week’ regarding the forward’s future, clearly depending on how those three avenues pan out for both the Championship side and those interested.
🚨 NO es cierto el interés de #Brentford por Luis Sinisterra (24). Por el extremo del #Leeds hay 3 posibilidades en las que se trabajan. Su deseo es sumar minutos para estar en la Selección Colombia 🇨🇴
