Bayern Munich are yet to receive an offer from Bournemouth, Fulham or Southampton for Joshua Zirkzee this summer.

That’s according to SportBILD, who cover the situation around the striker today following reports in England.

Those claims had stated that the Premier League trio were showing an interest in Zirkzee, who enjoyed a successful loan spell with Anderlecht last season.

They stated that the player could imagine a return to England and would like to join Fulham, who were already in talks about a move.

SportBILD cover that today and say that while there are ‘several interested parties’ in England, none of those have ‘contacted’ Bayern about the striker.

Neither Bournemouth, Fulham or Southampton have opened negotiations about a deal and thus a move is not as close as has been suggested.

They confirm that Zirkzee could leave the Allianz Arena because of the arrival of Mathys Tel, which means there is further competition in Bayern’s forward line.

They would not put any obstacles in his way if he wanted a transfer, so long as a figure in the ‘double-digit millions’ is offered.

Whether Bournemouth, Southampton or Fulham will offer that remains to be seen but contrary to reports in England, they are yet to do so.
