If the transfer rumours in France at to be believed, then Arsenal are going to battle it out for Elye Wahi in the summer, according to Made in Paillade.
That’s because the Gunners are said to be interested in the young Montpellier forward, who is having a great season in the south of France.
The 20-year-old has caught the eye of a number of clubs, including Arsenal, with his performances, which include 12 goals and two assists in 24 league games.
All this is why it seems now ‘impossible’ for him to remain at Montpellier beyond the current campaign, with Arsenal named as expected suitors for him in the summer alongside Borussia Dortmund and north London rivals Tottenham.
Until then, he has 10 games left to improve himself and also not get injured, as many expect him to be the subject of a lot of interest in the coming weeks and months.
