Bournemouth are about to sign Lazio goalkeeper Christos Mandas on an initial loan deal but the Cherries are working to bring in another player from Serie A.
The man in question is Inter Milan’s Luis Henrique. The Brazilian joined the Italian giants from Marseille in the summer.
He has struggled to make an impact, failing to make a mark even in the absence of Denzel Dumfries.
TuttoSport report that the 24-year-old can depart in January, with the Nerazzurri trying to bring Ivan Perisic back to the San Siro.
Bournemouth have made an initial offer for the wing-back and they put forward a permanent deal to Inter Milan. This wasn’t enough, with Besiktas also interested.
Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest were keen in the summer, however, neither could agree a deal.
Now, Cristian Chivu’s side have made their demands clear for the former Marseille player’s sale.
They are seeking a fee of around €25m from the departure, having paid that amount in the summer. On top of that, Inter Milan only want a permanent exit or a loan with an obligation to buy.
Bournemouth barriers explained

Just like Bournemouth, Besiktas have also failed to convince Inter Milan about a January deal. The Turkish side put forward a loan with an option to buy, with the South Coast club having offered better terms.
Luis Henrique is currently reluctant to end his time in Milan, but everything can change depending on the offers that land on Inter’s table.
A lot will depend on whether Chivu’s side land Ivan Perisic or not. If the Croatian does return to Inter, Luis Henrique will become a sellable entity and Bournemouth will have a big chance to land him.
