Manchester United defender Alex Telles has insisted he won’t be drawn on his future and will instead leave it to others.
The defender is currently on loan at Sevilla, having left Manchester United in the summer when it was made clear he’s not a part of Erik ten Hag’s plans.
That’s seen him questioned today on the sacking of Jorge Sampaoli, during which the subject of his future was also brought up and covered by Estadio Deportivo.
The defender is only on loan with the Spanish side until the summer and the deal does not include an option to make it permanent.
His future appears to be away from Manchester United, though, with the left-back spot now well covered thanks to Luke Shaw’s improvement this season and Tyrell Malacia’s arrival in the summer.
It seems no decision has been made as yet on that front, however, and Telles is simply leaving it to those above him to choose what comes next.
“I concentrate on my work, on the day to day,” Estadio report him saying.
“My concern now it’s Morocco, give my best version to Ramón and then go back to my club and give my best there. I leave the future in the hands of whoever decides.”
