Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport have a Serie A transfer round up in their Tuesday edition. Whilst the bigger clubs tend to get themselves a page each, the smaller ones are grouped in an article full of various transfer claims.

One of those revolves around Hull City striker Abel Hernandez. It’s claimed a move to Torino is ‘still alive’ and could happen this summer.

Hernandez scored for Hull City on his weekend pre-season return, and an exit would be something of a surprise. It would be especially surprising if that exit was to Torino.

The Serie A club finished 12th last season. They’re not likely to win anything, and they’re not likely to be able to offer the player big wages.

Hernandez has repeatedly been linked with a Hull exit, but surely if he does leave it’ll be for something more exciting.
