Amir Hadžiahmetović is set to leave Istanbul this evening and head to Hull City, who he will join from Beşiktaş.
That’s according to journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, who reports that the Beşiktaş man has said goodbye to his teammates ahead of the move to the Championship side.
According to his information, the Bosnian midfielder is set to head to England this evening and will undergo medical checks at Hull City tomorrow ahead of completing his move.
Sabuncuoğlu reported yesterday that Hull City had reached a loan agreement with Beşiktaş for the midfielder, who join until the end of the season.
It seems the matter has now progressed, and he reports that after saying goodbye to his teammates today, Hadžiahmetović will travel to England this evening before undergoing a medical with Hull tomorrow.
They are likely hoping to rush through the deal as quickly as possible to perhaps have the midfielder available for the fixture with Bristol City on Saturday afternoon.
Hadžiahmetović will become the fourth player to join them on loan this summer, with Joe Gelhardt, Joel Ndala and John Lundstram already making the move. Indeed, the latter has also joined from Turkey and Trabzonspor.
The country has again been a transfer source for Hull this year, with Lundstram arriving from Trabzonspor alongside Enis Destan and David Akintola signing from Caykur Rizespor.
