Hull City are facing tough competition to sign Abdülkadir Ömür this month with Başakşehir and Pendikspor also in the mix for him.
That’s according to Sports Digitale, who say the latter have made the highest bid for him so far, with Başakşehir’s bid lower than that.
They appear to be ahead of Hull at this moment in time, who were brought into the mix for him last week and reportedly eyeing a deal.
That report made it clear that Ömür could be secured this month for the right price, although Trabzonspor’s actual demands were not mentioned at that point.
Sports Digitale don’t offer them now either but do make it clear that Trabzonspor ‘want to earn a transfer fee’ from any deal and so negotiations continue on that front.
Again, there’s no mention of the fee needed, or even if Hull could afford to pay it or want to pay it. Indeed, they’re missing entirely from this report, which is focused on Başakşehir and Pendikspor.
At the minute the latter are leading the race as their bid seems to be the best, so if Hull do want Ömür they may need to step up their efforts.
