Hull City are reportedly interested in Moussa Konaté from Sion.

The exclusive information was published by Tutto Mercato Web on Monday, who claims the Tigers are keeping an eye on the 23-year-old.

Konaté scored 14 goals and made 9 assists in 39 matches for the Swiss club last season.

The Senegalese striker joined Sion from Krasnodar in 2014 for €350k. According to Transfermarkt, he’s now valued at €6.25m.

Hull City are currently without a manager, so there would surely be some confusion over who would want the player, and a doubt that any new coach would be so keen.

Hull have been linked to several possibilities, and it’ll be a relief for fans when there’s some clarity.
