Fotospor report Huddersfield Town are interested in signing Adanaspor forward Emeka Eze.
The 23 year old joined the Turkish second-tier club on a season-long loan deal from Austrian side Sturm Graz and has impressed with his performances.
Last week, Adanaspor manager Levent Eris stated Eze is being tracked by Serie A side Sampdoria and now Fotospor claim the Nigerian is a transfer target for Huddersfield Town.
Despite being on loan at Adanaspor, the Turkish club have the option to sign him permanently, so they are very likely to be involved in the transfer battle if Huddersfield follow up their interest with a bid.
However, it’s reported the Nigerian striker isn’t keen to leave the club in January as he’s focusing on the current season with Adanaspor. The player has scored five goals in six games in all competitions in this campaign.
After their relegation from the Premier League, Huddersfield have made a terrible start to the Championship season and their first win came on Tuesday against Stoke City.
The Terriers are sitting 23rd in the league table having scored just nine goals and picking up five points in their opening ten games.
