There’s a claim in the Swedish media that Hibernian could look to re-sign Emiliano Marcondes in this transfer window.
The Danish attacking midfielder spent the second half of last season on loan with the Scottish Premiership club.
Campo.dk today report on the future of Marcondes after his contract with Bournemouth recently expired. It’s claimed there is interest in Sweden with Djurgårdens IF said to be monitoring the situation with the 29-year-old.
Their sporting director Bosse Anderson has gone on record to say that he wants to bring in at least two players this summer and the former Bournemouth man looks to be an option.
However, the Swedish club could face competition from his former club with claims Hibernian could look to sign him a permanent deal. The Danish media outlet report if finances allow then Hibs would look to make a move for Marcondes, but it will ultimately come down to the Dane’s demands.
Marcondes made 17 appearances whilst on loan in Scotland last season, scoring three goals.
