AS Roma have a decision to make on Rick Karsdorp as he continues to attract attention from Fulham and a few other clubs.

Gazzetta dello Sport claim Fulham, Ajax, Marseille and Juventus are ‘at the window’ to sign the right-back.

He was initially expected to leave the Serie A side in January due to his bad relationship with José Mourinho. There seems to be change in the Giallorossi’s stance as the newspaper states they may not now sell the 27-year-old.

Karsdorp has resumed training with his teammates and was part of the squad that travelled to Portugal for friendlies this month.

Online, Gazzetta state the Dutchman wants another chance at Roma. On the other hand, Mourinho’s side have a decision to make on whether to retain him or cash in from his sale in the winter market.

If the Giallorossi decide to part ways with the fullback, Roma chief Tiago Pinto has set a €10m price tag.

Karsdorp, for his part, wants to ‘work and sweat’, with the hope he will be given a new opportunity to prove himself at Roma.

There should be more clarity on Karsdorp’s future once the January window opens. Fulham are among the clubs keen on him and they will wait for the Italian side’s final decision on the player.
