That’s according to journalist Loic Tanzi, who reports that Benrahma is in Lyon and will join the French side rather than any dramatic turn of events.
Benrahma has been edging towards a move to Lyon throughout this week after they made a late bid to get him and continue strengthening their squad as they look to pull away from relegation worries in Ligue 1.
Marco Silva’s side are making late moves in the window to try and bolster their own forward options and a report earlier today indicated they had pushed themselves into the situation around Benrahma.
It seems that is in vain, though, with Tanzi reporting that the winger is in Lyon and will join them. The final details between the relevant parties have been decided despite pressure from Fulham on deadline day.
