Red Bull Bragantino have made plans to sign Carlos Vinícius from Fulham and have submitted a bid for him.
That’s according to UOL, who report that that the Brazilian side have received the green light rom Fulham to move forward with talks.
According to the information, Fulham are more than happy to do a deal for Vinícius and talks are now taking place over a permanent deal for the 29-year-old.
The various parties involved are not hoping to work out the final details so they can reach a final agreement.
Red Bull Bragantino see the forward as ‘ready to play’ and immediately strengthen them to turn around their season.
The striker had been looked at by Corinthians and Fulham were willing to negotiate a deal worth €3-4m, but they ended up moving on to other targets.
The striker has no place in Marco Silva’s plans moving forwards after returning from a loan spell at Galatasaray. His current deal has a year left to run and so Fulham are keen to move him on now.
That’s left the door open for Red Bull Bragantino to make their move and they are now pushing to get a deal done, with Fulham proving to be more than compliant.
