Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are now being linked by reports from Denmark, which follow earlier claims from England about a possible goalkeeper discussion between the two clubs.
According to Bold, Spurs are exploring the idea of a loan move for Mads Hermansen, while Antonin Kinsky could head in the opposite direction to West Ham. The Danish outlet is clear, however, that the situation remains at a very early stage. Bold also make it clear this is their own information, so presumably from a source close to the Danish player.
As things stand, Bold report that Tottenham and West Ham are only in dialogue about the concept of such a deal. These exchanges have not progressed into formal negotiations, and no concrete proposal has been made. The talks are described as exploratory rather than advanced.
Hermansen’s first half-season in London has been challenging. After a couple of difficult West Ham matches, he dropped out of the starting line-up.
In fact, since mid-September, Hermansen has made only one appearance, playing in the FA Cup against Queens Park Rangers. And a potential move to Tottenham would see Hermansen work under fellow Dane Thomas Frank.
Kinsky, on the other hand, hasn’t been given regular minutes at Tottenham even while Guglielmo Vicario remains under scrutiny. A West Ham move may see him finding more space to develop.
Even so, Bold underlines that any transfer remains uncertain. Hermansen is under contract with West Ham until the summer of 2030. Whether these early discussions develop further remains to be seen.
Guglielmo Vicario has been linked with a Tottenham exit since around December, with almost weekly claims in Italy.
