Manchester City’s Savinho has ended up on Real Madrid’s transfer agenda, according to a surprise claim from Brazil.

The winger arrived at Manchester City last summer and signed a contract until 2029. Pep Guardiola has used him regularly as he made 27 appearances in all competitions, and it includes 19 starts.

Savinho has managed one goal and eight assists and Real Madrid are considering making an approach for him.

That’s at least what UOL are reporting, and their title says Real Madrid evaluate making an offer for the 20-year-old.

Within the report, it’s explained the Champions League winners are internally ‘evaluating formalising an offer’ for the Manchester City player. There’s no mention of the fee the La Liga side are considering offering to the Citizens.

At this moment in time, Real Madrid haven’t made any offers because their interest in the Brazil international is at an ’embryonic stage’. UOL say Savinho’s agents will be in Europe next week to find out Manchester City’s future plans for their client.

Savinho mainly operates on the right wing and Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has used Rodrygo, Arda Güler and Brahim Díaz in that position this season.

It wouldn’t make sense for Los Blancos to sign the Manchester City attacker, unless they offload at least one of the aforementioned trio.
