As many West Ham and fantasy football fans know, André Ayew is currently injured and he’s currently doing some rehab to get better as quickly as possible.
However, according to L’Equipe, the player will not be doing his rehabilitation work in London, but rather at his former club in Marseille.
Asking his current side if that would be OK, Ayew will now divide his time between the English capital and Marseille in order to get the best treatment he can.
The decision to do this was down to knowing the facilities back in the south of France off by heart, and also to be surrounded by a medical team who know him back to front, having worked with him on and off for 10 seasons.
The West Ham medical team revealed they were hoping to get him back on the pitch in December, following his ‘rare and very serious’ thigh injury, and that’s the aim.
