According to Cadena Ser, ‘everything indicates’ the Netherlands international will end up at Everton in the winter market. He will join them on loan without any option to make the deal permanent.
The 25-year-old and his agent, Michale Moses, have been in Liverpool since last weekend. He passed his medical examinations on Saturday and the representative told Radio Castellón that his client’s transfer will be ‘delayed’ until Tuesday.
Over at AS, they also state the former Bournemouth man’s short-term future will be at Everton.
The deal has been on the right track for several days and without a last minute twist, the Dutchman ‘will close’ his loan move to Everton today.
