Adrien Rabiot came up through the ranks of Paris Saint-Germain’s youth system and was promoted to their first team in 2012 by Carlo Ancelotti.

The midfielder even made his Champions League debut the same year under the guidance of the current Everton manager.

The past connection between the Juventus player and the Toffees coach has given rise to reports of the pair’s potential reunion at Goodison Park in the summer.

On March 26th, we carried a report from Tuttosport, explaining the Toffees are showing an ‘unwavering interest’ in the France international.

The Merseyside club wanting the 25-year-old is now further backed up Italian journalist Niccolò Ceccarini in his column for TuttoMercatoWeb. He claims ‘there is interest’ from Ancelotti’s side in the former PSG man.

Juventus are looking to strengthen their side for next season and to complete summer signings they will have to ‘go through some important sales’ and Rabiot and Aaron Ramsey are considered as those ‘important’ players.

The Serie A side are ready to ‘evaluate offers’ they will receive for the duo, and it remains to be seen whether or not Everton table a proposal for Rabiot.
